Q: What's the catch, is there really only one price for yearbooks?
A: There is no catch. The price on your yearbook contract is the price you pay - there are no hidden costs or overruns.
Q: How can you do that? Or is the price just inflated to begin with?
A: Our costs are not inflated. Fox Yearbooks can do this because Larry Fox knows how his business operates. He invests in state-of-the-art technologies so that he can run the most efficient operation possible and passes these savings on to the customer.
Q: What if we are using hard-copy prints? Do you charge extra to scan-in non-digital images?
A: Fox does not charge to scan in non-digital images, it is done free-of-charge.
Q: Do you charge extra for four-color yearbook covers?
A: No. Custom four-color covers come standard, there is no extra charge.
Q: What if we want a different image on the front and back covers?
A: This is another standard feature with Fox Yearbooks that is an optional add-on with many other companies.
Q: Do you provide proofs?
A: Fox Yearbooks will provide your school with a professional color-matched proof as part of our standard processing at no extra charge.
Q: Where do we have to get our photographs from?
A: Fox provides a complete program - photographs and yearbooks. There is no need to go anywhere else for your complete yearbook solution.
Q: Do you offer nameplates, itags, year-in-review supplements, authograph supplements, etc? Our school sells these to make extra money each year.
A: We offer hot foil stamping and icons at the rate of $5.50 for name stamps and $3.50 per icon. Your school maydesign your own personal year-in-review supplement at no additional charge. AUtograph supplements can be provided at $1.00 each.
Q: What would the deadline dates be?
A: Deadlines for Fall books are as follows: Cover (from our cover selection or a custom cover, either way) is to be submitted by November 15th / one third of the book submitted by January 15th, one third by April 1tgh and tghe final submitted by June 15th. There are no signature restrictions. Individual pages not submitted in sequence are okay and will still count for dealines.
Q: Can we create our own templates and do you have any pre-made templates for us to use?
A: Your school will be able to create your own templates and save them as a custom template; however, we do have pre-designed templates for your use.
